Jennifer Jones has a PhD in Medical Sociology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is a Researcher with Genetic Alliance UK and an Honorary Fellow with the SAPPHIRE group at University of Leicester. She is interested in the lived experiences of people with health conditions and how research can make an impact.
Jennifer’s short story was inspired whilst analysing data from an online survey administered during summer 2020 for those with rare, genetic or undiagnosed conditions or the people who care for them.
